Members,

The 79th Georgia State Beauty Culturist League, Inc.  Convention was a grand slam home run because of you!!  We thank Almighty God for His divine intervention in making things work smoothly.

We started with a devotion and memorial service for the passing of our dear beloved president emerita,  Dr. Ruth C. Swint,  and a faithful member, Dr. Earnestean Rivers.  The atmosphere was one of praise and worship throughout the Convention as we came together in Unity.

Congratulations to all contestants in their respective categories for a job well done!  Your contribution helps to maintain goodwill and the financial strength of this organization.  The care demonstrated throughout every facet of the Convention shows that we are better together.

As this is my first year serving as your president, I was concerned, but you made it easy for me to preside.  Everything was in order, and I thank each member and local president for their commitment to the development of a successful event.

I also thank each of you for serving with grace, poise and efficiency.  All things work together for those who love the Lord according to His purpose.  And we know if it's His Will, it will be!  And we give all the honor and praise to Him!

We now look forward to the 80th Convention to be held in Decatur, GA. in 2026.
