The Georgia State Beauty Culturist League is an organization made up of licensed beauticians, barbers and beauty school students, estheticians, nail techs, jobbers vendors, and manufacturers.
GSBCL works to bring better practice into the field by promoting increased educational improvement and techniques and encouraging the exchange of ideas and methods. The interchange of scientific discoveries is to implement the teaching of cosmetology as a science institution of higher learning and to make available experience-qualified teaching techniques.

Because of the ever-changing legislation affecting the entire beauty industry, it is imperative that, as with any organization, we UNITE. We are voters, and our voices will be heard. Only beauty professionals organizing leagues in their city can show our strength in numbers and effect changes in the industry.
